Shortlist Announced for the 2025 Excellence in Fire and Emergency Awards
The shortlist for the 11th annual Excellence in Fire and Emergency Awards has officially been announced, following a fantastic pool of over 140 nominations from across the sector.
Spanning 17 categories, this year’s awards will be celebrating outstanding achievements in fire and emergency services – from innovation and collaboration to frontline heroism and community impact. The judging panel, chaired by Peter Holland CBE, Chief Inspector for the Crown Premises Fire Safety Inspectorate in the Home Office, commended the exceptional calibre of entries and the sector-wide commitment to excellence.
Winners will be revealed at the prestigious awards ceremony on Friday 5th December 2025, held at One Great George Street, London. The event promises to be a powerful tribute to the individuals and teams driving progress, safety, and inclusion across the UK and beyond.
